“We rented 4 full apartments and had a blast! The apartments are beautiful and plenty of room for everyone. The rooftop patio was an extra bonus that we loved. They are close to Lower Broadway with an easy cheap uber ride without all the traffic and noise at night!”

“This was the perfect place to stay for our Nashville getaway in May 2023! The new condo was extremely clean and very nicely decorated. The beds are SO comfortable and the bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom. We found the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we could possibly need. We all really appreciated the attention to safety and security for guests. Two different entry codes required--one to enter the building, one to enter the condo. We used the ample parking space under the building and were very grateful for the bright security lights when we returned home at night! The only suggestion we have to improve the space is to add one more comfortable chair in the living room--similar to the comfy one already there. The condo is conveniently located--easy access to interstates, only 5 minutes drive to the popular 12South area, only 10 minutes drive to downtown/Broadway area and Publix is within close walking distance. We highly recommend this condo for your stay while in Nashville!”

It felt cozy and modern and Macie was very sweet and helpful with rental logistics and making sure we had what we needed! Highly recommend :)”

The units were in pristine, like-new condition and among the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Having the entire third floor to ourselves made it especially convenient to move back and forth between the two units. The spaces were modern, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed. The beds were comfortable, and every member of our family was thrilled with their accommodations. The location was ideal — within easy walking distance of restaurants and entertainment. The well-lit entryway added an extra sense of comfort and security when returning in the evenings. Brendan was an excellent communicator, responding promptly and thoroughly to every question we had.
